Inspection and Supervision of Foods.
The vigilance exercised by the Sanitary Inspectors in the
important work of safeguarding the Borough's food supply will
be readily appreciated from the details of food supervision
recorded in this section.
Milk Supply.
89 inspections of registered dairy premises were made
during 1945. Satisfactory conditions were generally reported
except in 4 instances of minor defective conditions which have
been remedied.
Licenses have been issued for graded milks under the Milk (Special Designations), Regulations as follows:—
