There has been a nett increasg of 42 cases at the end of 1943
over the total of the previous year. The total number of cases
gives a case rate of 12.3 per 1,000 population.
The five cases diagnosed after death as suffering from
tuberculosis give a ratio of 1 in 15 of new cases notified.
