The number of defects found and subsquently remedied
were 98.
SHOPS ACTS, 1912-1956.
15 inspections were made under the above-mentioned Acts
and two-infringements were discovered and subsequently remedied
through informal action. This is an unusually low figure of
visitation for the specific purposes of these Acts, but some
1,896 visits to various food shops and trade premises have
also been made and infringements of the Shops Acts are noted
and dealt with at the same time.
