This rise in the Stillbirth Rate is a disturbing
factor.
Deaths.
The Death Rate for 1938 is 9.5, which has been
adjusted by the Areal Comparability Factor (0.97). This
factor applies to the crude rate for " All Causes" only,
and not to individual cause rates.
