FOOD HYGIENE
The importance attaching to the inspection of food premises has always been
considered high in the list of environmental functions and the supervision of these
premises has been maintained. Their condition, over the whole of the Urban District,
can be considered extremely good.
The following table shows the amount of food condemned during the year under review, but does not include meat condemned at the Slaughterhouse.
