FOOD HYGIENE
The inspection of food premises has always been considered high in the
list of environmental functions and the supervision of these premises has
been maintained. Their condition, over the whole of the Urban District
can be considered extremely good.
Ice Cream :
6 ice-cream samples were taken during the year under review, and the
results of these, which were satisfactory, are shown in the provision grade
