Water Supply
The whole Borough is in the area supplied by the Metropolitan
Water Board and every house has a constant supply.
Rag Flock and Other Filling Materials Act,1951.
Three premises in the Borough are registered under the above
Act.
Pet Animals Act, 1951.
Under the Act, six licences were renewed during the year
after the premises had been inspected and found to be satisfactory.
Establishments for Massage or Special Treatment
Five existinglicences under the Middlesex County Council Act,
1950, were renewed during the year.
Housing
The Borough Surveyor has kindly supplied me with the following
figures showing the number of houses which have been erected
or rebuilt during the year.
Council properties completed:-
1 house - Torrington Gardens
28 maisonettes at Crescent Rise
12 flats at Norman Close
Council properties in course of construction at end of year:-

3 maisonettes Alexandra Park Road
