express my thanks to the staff of the Public Health Department.
Although all have played their part and have contributed to the
team spirit so necessary for success, I would particularly mention
Mr. W. Mc.Cauley, whose advancement to the rank of Chief
Sanitary Inspector was so very well deserved. I would also thank
Mr. W. T. Gloster, the Chief Clerk in the Public Health Department,
who has been of unfailing assistance to me throughout the
year.
