In previous reports I have referred to the immunisation of
children against diphtheria which has been in progress in Wood
Green since the end of 1929. The work goes steadily on as part of
the routine activity of the Health Department and is carried out in
the infant and junior departments of the schools and at the School
Clinic. The infant and junior departments are visited in rotation
and the offer of immunisation made to all children not already
