Of the 26 houses bought for Railway Imporvement (see last
year's report) 17 have been demolished, while 9 have been thoroughly
repaired and renovated on much the same lins as above, and are now
occupied.
There has been no addition to the Noel Park Estate, and for
information I include the accommodation and rents in the Report
of this year.

During the year 289 houses have been inspected, including
1,657 rooms, the list of which is set out in the Sanitary Inspector's
