ICE CREAM DEALERS.
Under Section 57 of the Wood Green District Council Act,
1903, the places where Ice Cream is made or stored have been
visited, and a Register made of the names and addresses.
Thirty-six premises were visited, in five cases minor sanitary
defects were found and remedied at my suggestion without having
to report the same to the Council.
Circulars were also left with each occupier calling attention to
the Sections of the Act affecting this particular business.
