Nurses, and the Medical Staff, subject to review by investigation of the economic circumstances of
the family. The total number of new application forms presented to the Education Committee's
Centres throughout the year was 657.
Recommendations are no longer received from the Local Public Assistance Officers as the
arrangement made between the Public Assistance Committee, and the Willesden Education Authority
to pay Is. per head per week, or part of a week, for each child fed on their recommendation, ceased
to operate on 25th March, 1933.

Breakfasts have also been supplied at the Voluntary Centre, Granville Road, on five days a
week, as from 30th April, 1934. The price paid by the Local Authority to this Voluntary Centre is
3d. for each breakfast.
The number of application forms received from the South Kilburn area for the year was 297.

This provides two meatless dinners, two cheese, one lish, one roast and one boiled meat, two
