From Table No. 46 it will be observed that Midwives practising and living in Willesden
attended 1,293 cases as Midwives and 350 cases as Maternity Nurses or 1,643 in all. These cases
were not all Willesden cases and were not all attended in Willesden.
Apart from institutions or associations, the largest number of midwifery cases any single one
of these Midwives attended as a Midwife was 103, and the largest total of cases any single one of these
Midwives attended was 143, being 103 cases attended as Midwife and 40 as Maternity Nurse.
