Of the 352 individual Foster Children under observation during the year 1932, 166 changed
hands during that period. 127 made 1 change, 25* made 2 changes, 12§ made 3 changes, 1 made
4 changes, 1 made 6 changes. These changes do not include the first reception of the child.
* Of these, 4 were admitted to Hospital returning to same Foster Mother.
§ Of these, 5 were admitted to Hospital returning to same Foster Mother.
