Hospital Buildings.
The Water Softening Plant came into use during the year, and has proved a success, the
softness of the water after treatment being particularly noticed in the laundry and boiler room.
The boilers when they were overhauled this year only required the interior scrubbed down instead
of the usual chipping.
Steam radiators have been installed in B Ward, including the theatre.
The rebuilding of the Small-Pox Hospital at Kingsbury has been commenced, and will be completed
during 1927.
The question of the provision of a Cubicle Ward is at present being considered by the Council.
A. G. TROUP,
Medical Superintendent.
