and in order that uniformity may be preserved as respects
these examinations I have added to the Schedules given in
the Model Arrangements and produced one consolidated
schedule suitable to all classes of abnormal children.
The School Medical Officer shall submit the results of
examinations of abnormal children, together with recommendations
as to treatment and the most suitable schools or
institutions, to each meeting of the Children's Care Committee.
The general scheme for dealing with the Abnormal or
Alleged Abnormal Children referred to in this report is
diagrammatically represented on the following pages.
