MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH.
To the Chairman and Members
of the Public Health Committee.
Gentlemen,
In compliance with an instruction of the
Public Health Committee of the last Council, I have
the honour to submit a report on the Housing and
Town Planning Act, 1909.
It is probably not desired that I should make an
exhaustive survey of the Act, and I purpose addressing
myself only to its most salient features.
