Comments of A.S.M.O.—Dr. Armitage says, "I have been struck by
the number of children with badly decayed teeth and consequent
glandular infection. In many cases, nothing is done for this
condition in spite of advice. Again, in many cases of enlarged
tonsils, I refer to those so enlarged as to be prejudicial to the child's
health, in spite of repeated notice the parents have declined to
W take any steps in the matter. On the whole, I think there has been
a general absence of any serious disease, and I have been much
impressed by the all-round cleanliness of the children."
