I have in conclusion to express my thanks to the
Sanitary Staff. A difficult position has been greatly
relieved by their loyal support. The work of the
Department during the prolonged and regretable
absence of its chief has suffered no disorganisation,
and I need add nothing to the statement of this fact,
as an expression of my appreciation of the assistance
which has been given me.
I am, Gentlemen,
Your obedient servant,
WILLIAM BUTLER,
Assist. Medical Officer of Health.
