Voluntary Workers.—With regard to the clinic services of
the Borough, the efficient co-operation of the Voluntary Workers
deserves special recognition. The value of their work cannot
be over estimated and their keen interest in the duties of the
clinic sessions is much appreciated by all the public health
officers of the Council. The number of Voluntary Workers on the
list has been about 60 throughout the year. This number alone
is an indication of an active desire to participate in the Council's
Maternity and Child Welfare work.
