During 1935, 1,258 inspections were made of Butchers,
Markets, Bakehouses and other food premises.
UNSOUND FOOD SURRENDERED AND
DESTROYED, 1935.
In connection with the inspection of meat and other
foods the following were found to be diseased or unsound,
and were voluntarily surrendered and destroyed:—
