Annual Report
of the
Medical Officer of Health.
Sussex Lodge,
Uxbridge,
May 1st, 1922.
To the Chairman and Members of the Uxbridge
Urban District Council.
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit my Annual Report on the Health of the
Uxbridge Urban District for the year ended December 31st, 1921. The
Minister of Health has indicated that Annual Reports of a full and detailed
character known as "Survey Reports" will be required henceforth only at
intervals of five years. The Report for 1920 is to be considered as a "Survey
Report," and the present one the first of a series to be known as "Ordinary
Reports" of a more simple character and leaving out information which
would only be a repetition from year to year. The contents of this, my
report for 1921, and its arrangement, are therefore as suggested in the
Ministry of Health's Circidar 269, dated December 28th, 1921.
