The The follwing were the major causes of death:-
Heart Disease 94; Cancer 63 (35 males end 28 females); Vascular
Lesions of Nervous system 42; Bronchitis 13; Pneumonia 18; Motor
Vehicle accidents 2; Other accidents 3.
MORTUARY ACCOMMODATION.
Under arrangements made with the East Barnet Urban District Council
their mortuary is available for the use of this district, and it was so
used on eight occasions during the year.
