At the request of the County Council two premises were inspected in connection
with applications inside for use as Employment Agencies, and a report forwarded to
the County Council.

HSRTFORDSHIBE (MUSIC AMTDANCING) REGULATIONS , 1956."
Under the new regulations made by the County Council a report from the local
district council is required regarding the suitability and sufficiency of sanitary
arrangements at premises for Music and Dancing before licences are issued. No
report has been requested during this year.
RODENT CONTROL.
Prevention of Damage by Pests Act. 1949.

A full time rodent operator is employed for treatment of infestations of rats and mice. The table below gives details of the work carried out during the year:-
