DAIRIES REGISTERED UNDER MILK MP DAIRIES REGULATIONS. 1949-1954.
Number of Dairies 2
The new Pood Hygiene Regulations came into force in part in January of
the year and the remaining provisions as from July. The number of visits
this year shows an increase over last year' s and is brought about by our
efforts to ensure that all food traders were aware of the new Regulations.

During our visits of inspection every opportunity is taken to discuss food hygiene with staff and management and to show what steps are necessary to comply with the regulations and to improve hygiene generally.
