Pepper.—Sixteen samples were taken, and found to be genuine.
Rum.—Of the 6 samples taken, 5 were certified to be genuine,
and 1 adulterated resulting in a penalty being obtained.
Vinegar—Six samples were taken and found to be genuine.
Whisky.—Of the 16 samples taken, 14 were certified to be
genuine, and 2 adulterated. In 1 case a penalty was obtained, and
in the other proceedings were not advised to be taken.
