Public Health Inspector. I would be failing in my duty if I did
not express my especial gratitude to Mr. Gooday who, not only
during 1958 but since his appointment as Chief Public Health
Inspector, has been quite literally a tower of strength. Altogether,
I am extremely glad to think that I have the privilege of leading
a first'dass team, a team without whose unfailing help my work
would prove much more difficult.
