LETTERS TO DOCTORS
The system of sending circular letters to general practitioners
from time to time on matters of current interest was continued
during the year. The following letters were sent during 1950:
June 6th Public Health Service Handbook.
July 28th Cocksackie Virus.
Aug. 22nd Immunisation and Poliomyelitis.
Sept. 5th Food poisoning.
Sept. 6th Poliomyelitis.
Sept. 11th Visit of Mass X-ray Unit.
Oct. 17th Flexner Dysentery.
Oct. 18th Doubtful cases of infectious disease admitted to
Hospital.
Oct. 31st Infectious Diseases (situation up to date).
Nov. 21st Sonne Dysentery.
Dec. 30th Smallpox.
