Institutional Provision for unmarried mothers, illegitimate
infants and homeless children. No change from the arrangements
noted in the Report for 1930.
Ambulance Facilities.—The two ambulances mentioned in
last year's Report have now been purchased and are in commission,
the old vehicles being retained as very useful " standbys."
A revision of the ambulance charges operating within the
Borough will be made during 1935, with a view to obviating any
hardship to any person requiring such services. The ambulance
service will also be placed under the direct supervision of the
Medical Officer of Health. Otherwise, no change has been made in
the arrangements set out in the Report for 1930.
