Elementary School, the Council's Swimming Bath, and the
Metropolitan Electric Tramways, and its general adaptability
to the purpose, will, it is anticipated, meet a long-felt want, and
prove to be an undertaking of which the Council will have every
reason to be proud.

PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS.
Medical Inspection under the Education Act, 1907.
The County Medical Officer is the School Medical Officer for
this District, and organises and supervises the work. The
inspections are carried out by an Assistant School Medical
Officer. A routine examination of the children was made at
each school during each of the school terms.

Arrangements for these visits are made beforehand, and the parents are summoned to them.
