District Council.
Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present to you my
Report for the year 1904, to which is appended the
Report of the Sanitary Inspector, Mr. J. W. H. Brown,
which, as usual, constitutes an excellent record of
good and useful sanitary work done by him and his
assistant during the year, and to whom, as well as to
Mr. C. J. Lawson, Surveyor, my thanks are due for
valuable assistance in compiling this Eeport.
I should also like to tender my thanks to the
Health and Hospital Committee for their unfailing
courtesy and support throughout the year.
