Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present to you my Report
for the year 1902, to which is appended the Report of
the Sanitary Inspector, Mr. Brown, which as usual
constitutes an excellent record of good and useful
sanitary work done by him and his assistant during
the year.
My thanks are due to Mr. Brown for valuable
assistance in compiling this Report.
