Sick Room Equipment. The number of articles on loan at
the end of the year was 1,023 compared with 905 at the end of
1963. During 1964, 828 articles were loaned for the first time.
Disposable Hospital underpads for incontinent persons being
nursed at home were issued free of charge during the year.
Recuperative Holidays. 46 persons recommended by their
medical practitioners were sent to Convalescent Homes for recuperative
holidays.
Domestic Help Service. 915 patients were provided with a
Domestic Help during the year. The Domestic Helps worked for
126,526 hours at the homes of these patients.
