of the Borough of Romford.
Mr. Mayor, Ladies and Gentlemen,
In presenting this report may I record that I commenced duty
as your Medical Officer of Health in November, 1960. on the
retirement of Dr. J. B. Samson who held the appointment since 1934.
I should also like to record my thanks for the ready ssistance
I have received from my colleagues and from members of the Council.
