ACT, BYE LAWS, REGULATIONS, ETC.
A. Fried Fish Shops.
Fish Frying is an offensive trade in Romford under the provisions
of the Romford Urban (Offensive Trades) Confirmation
Order, 1929. Business of this nature is now being carried on in 12
shops in the District.
B. Ice Cream.
Traders and manufacturers of ice-cream have to be registered
under the provisions of the Romford Urban District Council Act,
1931. There are now 48 manufacturers, and 142 vendors on the
register.
