ANNUAL REPORT.
To the Romford Urban District Council.
Gentlemen.
I have the honour to put before you my Annual Report
on the sanitary condition of the Romford Urban District for the
year 1913.
This Report is arranged as follows:—
1.—Summary of action taken during year for preventing
the spread of disease.
2.—An account of the sanitary condition of the district
generally.
3.—Statement of enquiries made into the conditions injurious
to health and proceedings thereon.
4.—Physical features and general character of the district
and general condition of its population.
5.—Proceedings, &c., under the Factories and Workshops
Act.
