One Health Visitor and a part-time Nurse are employed, and the following shows the number of visits paid:—

Child Life Protection.
The Health Visitor is the Child Protection Visitor, and
she paid 57 visits to the homes of foster children.
Foster-parents are required to have the children in their
care examined by a doctor once every three months, and in
the majority of cases these examinations are made by the
Medical Officer of Health at the Infant Welfare Centre.
The standard of health of the children has been good.
Number of foster-parents on the Register:—
