The drainage system of 7 houses were entirely reconstructed,
the drains of 48 houses partially relaid, and 66
cleared.
Work in connection with the overcrowding survey and
the measurement of rooms required by the Housing Act, 1935,
took up a great deal of your Inspectors' time during the year.

Housing Consolidated Regulations, 1925.
During the year, 33 houses in various roads were inspected,
the drains tested and particulars recorded, in
accordance with these Regulations. Notices requiring defects
to be remedied were served in 31 instances.
