This one case had been suffering from this disease some
days before it was diagnosed, and had consequently spread
the infection.

It would be much more satisfactory if the arrangement with the Hospital Authorities could be extended so as to include the removal of all cases by them.

DISINFECTION.
The difficulty pointed out last year is still experienced
