In addition to the samples previously mentioned, samples were
submitted for bacteriological and pathological examination and other special

ICE CREAM
At the end of the year, l6l premises were registered for the storage
of, and sale of ice cream, but none for the manufacture of this commodity.
Twenty-five inspections were made and conditions were found to be satisfactory.
