Whooping Cough.
Three cases were notified during the year, as against one hundred
and twenty-two in the previous year. No deaths from this disease
were recorded.
The following table which has been furnished by the County Medical Officer, shows the whooping cough immunisation figures for 1962, based on the returns submitted to the Ministry of Health.

Other Infectious Diseases.
In addition to those previously mentioned, notifications were

Erysipelas 3 cases (all home nursed).
Puerperal Pyrexia 20 cases (19 institutionally treated).
Ophthalmia Neonatorum 1 case.
