have great pleasure in thanking Dr. Kelynack, my deputy, for his
great and cheerful contribution to the Department's work. Finally,
I am extremely grateful to the Chairman and Members of the Public
Health Committee, who have been so helpful and courteous to me,
and I trust that our combined efforts have made some contribution,
however small, to the advancement of the health and well-being of
the residents of Orpington.
