Ice Cream.
At the end of the year 179 premises were registered for the
storage and sale of ice cream, but none for the manufacture of this
commodity. One hundred and nine inspections were made and conditions
were found to be satisfactory.
Twenty-three samples were sent for bacteriological and pathological
examination.
The following is an analysis of the results obtained during the past three years :—
