One hundred and eighty-seven visits were made to these premises
during the year, and although many of them are unsuitable to be used

cleanliness has been maintained. In seven cases defects requiring the
attention of the owners were dealt with by informal action.
Butchers' Shops.
One hundred and seventy-one detailed inspections were made at

Generally speaking, the standard of the twenty-one premises was

cleansing and repair in eight premises.
