In the body of the report is Mr; Crowe's report on House
Refuse Collection and Disposal. The help that I have, at all
times, received from Mr. Crowe and all members of the Health
Department has made my task an easy and happy one. I am
also indebted to Mr. King and all Chief Officers for their help
and advice and to the Health Committee for their progressive
policy to improve the health of Orpington.
