LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
Legal proceedings were instituted in one case during the year for
default in compliance with the requirement of an abatement notice.
An Order was obtained requiring the work to be carried out within
three months and £3 3s. Od. costs were awarded to the Council.

No Acts or Byelaws were adopted during the year.
