LABORATORY WORK.

The County Laboratory at Maidstone carries out the bacteriological work in connection with this District, and during the year the following number of specimens have been examined there: —

DRAINAGE.
The houses in the main portion of the District are on the
water carriage system, and most of the houses are connected
to the public sewers.
No extensions to the sewers were made during the year.
