ISOLATION HOSPITAL.
This District is served by the West Kent Joint Hospital
Board.
During' the year 70 cases were removed from this District:
Scarlet Fever 58 (10 non-civilians).
Diphtheria 10 (1 do. ).
Enteric Fever 2
LABORATORY WORK.
The bacteriological work in connection with this District
is carried out at the Kent County Laboratory, Maidstone, and
during the year the following number of specimens have been
examined there:—
