Fifty-eight samples of graded milk were taken at tlie place
of production and submitted for examination. In addition, six
samples of graded milk were collected from public institutions
for examination.
MEAT.
The following Table shows the number of carcases killed,
the number inspected, and the amount of meat destroyed as
being unfit for human consumption.
