DIPHTHEBIA.
A decrease in the number of cases of Diphtheria notified
took place, viz., 22 as against 53 last year. This is the lowest
number of cases notified in any year since 1934.
Twenty cases were removed to the Isolation Hospital.
Two deaths were registered as occurring from this complaint
during the year.
